- Nathan Frazer def. Johnny Gargano A fast-paced opener that highlighted both men.
- Jade Cargill def. Chelsea Green After the match, Jordynne Grace confronted Jade again to push for a future title shot.
- MFTs (Tama Tonga & Solo Sikoa) def. The Wyatt Sicks (Dexter Lumis & Joe Gacy) (c) – WWE Tag Team Championship The Wyatt Sicks’ reign ends as the MFTs capture the tag titles.

Who Declared for the Royal Rumble on SmackDown?
Ladies and gentlemen, Roman Reigns is in the Rumble.
Reigns officially declared for the Men’s Royal Rumble, and he wasn’t even in attendance. There was a promo video called Reigns in Riyadh. It was pretty amazing.
Solo Sikoa also announced his entry into the Men’s Rumble, giving The Bloodline/MFTs a second power player in the match. On the women’s side, Jordynne Grace declared for the Women’s Royal Rumble after her confrontation with Jade Cargill, signaling that she’ll be targeting Jade if she wins.
