UFC CEO Dana White made a room filled with fighters very happy on Thursday night at the UFC 300 press conference.

As fans and members of the media peppered the boss and the entire card of fighters with questions at the MGM Grand Garden, MMA Junkie’s Mike Bohn suggested raising the performance bonuses from $50,000 to $300,000.

Surprisingly, White obliged in what seemed like an impulsive but well-received decision.

UFC superstar Conor McGregor took to X to applaud White’s decision to raise the bonuses for the big event.

McGregor also predicted the increased bonus offering would result in “fireworks” on the card as fighters attempt to impress the powers that be.

You’ll be hard-pressed to find a scenario where a promoter is willing to offer a 600% bonus. However, UFC 300 is no ordinary event.

Saturday’s centennial show may be set to deliver the greatest card in mixed martial arts history. There will be two world titles on the line, a BMF belt, and at least one fight, resulting in a No. 1 contender for a championship.

There are 12 current or former world champions in action. Here is a look at the full card, along with the start time and viewing information for the entire event.

The TKO family is having quite a month. Last weekend’s WWE WrestleMania 40 raked in $38.5M gate across the two-night event, an average of $19.2M per night.

Based on White’s willingness to increase Fight Night bonuses, you’d think UFC 300 is set to deliver impressive revenue numbers.

Be on the lookout for weigh-in coverage on Friday and fight-night coverage on Saturday for the historic event.
