This Exclusive New Miami Condo Overlooks Billionaire’s Bunker

The view from your condo could include the homes of Jeff Bezos, Tom Brady and Ivanka Trump if you choose to move into the all-new Indian Creek Residences and Yacht Club.

This ultra-exclusive condo on Bay Harbor Islands is located directly across the water from Indian Creek, a man-made barrier island in Miami home to countless celebrities, billionaires, tech titans and athletes. This boutique condo tower is located directly on the waterfront with just nine residences, priced from $5.6 million to $11 million.

Landau Development tapped architect Kobi Karp, interior designer Linda Zarifi and landscape architect Enea to design the tower. It has a distinct fluid form inspired by the water, soft curves and a neutral color palette featuring organic materials. The building pays homage to Bay Harbor’s history of mid-century modern design, while the interiors offer dramatic volume and sculptural elements.

Layouts range from three to five bedrooms and span from 3,300 square feet to more than 5,600 square feet. Each is lined with windows, allowing unobstructed views over the water and around Bay Harbor. Residents can choose half-floor or full-floor layouts, each with a wraparound balcony, chef’s kitchen, wine feature walls and elegant, light-filled living spaces. There’s custom millwork, Taj Mahal stone countertops and islands, and leathered travertine floors and walls.

The tower has its very own private marina with several boat slips and resort-style amenities that include a world-class spa, rooftop pool with an outdoor screening lounge, kitchen, entertainment lounge, private wine storage, a large waterfront pool, co-working space and fitness facilities. There’s a total of six private slips for 50-foot vessels, a dockmaster concierge service, an outdoor lounge and bar and private storage for water accessories. The building also has an area called The Parlour, which includes a coffee bar and lounge space.

The fitness and spa amenities are also impressive. There’s a full spa, sauna and steam rooms, red light therapy, a waterfront yoga lawn, a gym, an outdoor hot tub and a sunny relaxation area. Finally, there are 18 private parking spaces, which allows each owner up to two vehicles.

Penthouse Two, a full-floor residence, is currently on the market for $11 million and has five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and two powder rooms. The 5,164-square-foot residence has 653 square feet of private terrace space, plus two kitchens—a show kitchen and chef’s kitchen. There’s a wine wall, home office, 10-foot-high ceilings and direct elevator entry. It’s currently the largest condo for sale in Bay Harbor. Each residence, but especially the penthouses, have stunning views over Indian Creek Island, Indian Creek Lake and Indian Creek Country Club.

Indian Creek is often referred to as Miami’s Billionaire’s Bunker. Jeff Bezos has two homes here, which he purchased for $68 million and $79 million. Trump and her husband, Jared Kushner, own here, and so does Carl Icahn. There are just 41 homes, making it one of Miami’s most desirable private islands for property ownership—especially if you’re seeking seclusion. The only way to access the island is by private boat. It doesn’t get more exclusive than that.
