Well, when you only release a half season at a time, it’s going to fall off the Netflix top 10 list faster than it would otherwise. That has just happened to Outer Banks season 4 part 1, where the other half will debut a month from now.

But good news! It’s been replaced by The Lincoln Lawyer season 3 , which was not split in half, unlike season 2, which must have received enough pushback to warrant switching back to a normal full binge style. Hopefully Outer Banks season 5 will do the same. Hopefully all shows will do the same, I’m so tired of this.

The Lincoln Lawyer does not have enough reviews in yet to net a Rotten Tomatoes score, but the four listed right now are all positive. The first two seasons had an 80% and a 91% respectively. A solid performance will likely lead to another renewal, as it’s a well-watched show with a relatively low budget and plentiful source material. It debuting right at #1 is also an indicator of its health, though we’ll see how long it stays there.

The rest of the list has the high-performing Nobody Wants This staying at #4, arguably one of the best shows Netflix has released this year and yes, don’t worry, it has been renewed for season 2 already after its great run on the top 10 here. Another new show hitting the list is a new season of Jurassic World: Chaos Theory, returning for its second go-round.

Love is Blind season infinity (season 7) is at #3 as it continues to air new episodes as Netflix’s most popular reality series by a significant margin. That show is pumping out two seasons a year on average and will continue to do so for the indefinite future. This is easily going to run as long as The Bachelor/Bachelorette, which are of course, still ongoing. Netflix is never going to let this one go.

The controversial Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story is at #6, and we have not gotten any further news on the next entry about Ed Gein, other than the oddly-cast Charlie Hunnam who will take on that role after his turn in Netflix’s Rebel Moon.

I would expect ten full episodes of The Lincoln Lawyer dropped at once to stay at that #1 spot a while. Outer Banks will be back up there for its second half, if people remember to watch it, that is.
