New esports jersey announcements are always exciting, but they seem less frequent these days–brand partnerships in competitive gaming have fallen away, and many squads are tightening their purse strings. Still, French outfit Team Vitality continues to soldier on, and its newest jersey with Hummel is among its best yet.

Today, Team Vitality unveiled its 2025 Pro Jersey, created in partnership with the Danish sportswear company, offering a design that combines the organization’s signature colors and identity with Hummel’s enduring chevron. The jersey features Team Vitality’s bee logo, placed within the Eiffel Tower and encircled by a globe–symbolizing the team’s Parisian origins, plus its wider fanbase around the world.

Meanwhile, the shoulders incorporate a pattern of arrows which forms a “V” for “Vitality” and a “W” for “winning,” with the phrase “V FOR VICTORY” inscribed at the bottom of the jersey–a fair point, given it was named Esports Organization of the Year at the 2023 Esports Awards after a massively successful 12 months for the team.

The 2025 jersey will be worn by Team Vitality’s 14 teams across international competitions, including IEM Katowice, the Rocket League Birmingham Major, and the Valorant Masters in Bangkok. The launch also aims to bolster Team Vitality’s ongoing expansion into North America and Southeast Asia.

Team Vitality’s deal with Hummel ends in 2025–the esports team signed a three-year contract with the Danish manufacturer in January 2023–and it’s difficult to predict if the French squad will extend its partnership, find another brand, or go in-house for 2026 and beyond.

Given the cost-cutting measures of the last 12 months, there’s every chance that Vitality will find a new path with its jersey manufacturer. Hummel signed a separate three-year deal in 2023 with David Beckham’s Guild Esports, and continues to provide shirts for Astralis, but hasn’t signed a new esports team since 2023; elsewhere, the likes of 100 Thieves maintain a partnership with Adidas, even though G2 Esports didn’t. In any case, this may be one of the last jerseys we see between Team Vitality and Hummel.
