‘Billie Eilish – Hit Me Hard And Soft: The Tour’ Streaming: When Movie Should Be Available For Home Viewing

Billie Eilish – Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour (Live in 3D), directed by James Cameron and Eilish, is new in theaters but should be available to stream at home early summer.

The concert movie — which was filmed in 2025 in Manchester, England, during Eilish’s Hit Me Hard and Soft Tour — opened in theaters on Friday. The film earned an estimated $7.5 million domestically and $12.6 million internationally for a worldwide box office tally of $20.1 million through Sunday.

Billie Eilish – Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour (Live in 3D) had a $20 million production budget before marketing costs, according to Variety.

The first place Billie Eilish – Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour (Live in 3D) will be released in the home entertainment marketplace is digital streaming via premium video on demand. In recent years, Paramount Pictures — which distributed Eilish’s 3D concert movie in a partnership with Interscope Records — typically would release its theatrical films on PVOD about a month after they opened in theaters.

However, during CinemaCon in Mid-April, Paramount Chairman and CEO David Ellison announced that, effectively immediately, all Paramount Pictures releases would play a minimum of 45 days in theaters.

As such, should Billie Eilish – Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour (Live in 3D) remain in movie theaters the new Paramount minimum, it should be available to purchase or rent on PVOD on June 23, since new films are typically released on digital on Tuesdays.

With Cameron’s involvement, there is a chance that the film’s release on PVOD could be delayed, considering that the filmmaker’s blockbuster hit Avatar: Fire and Ash had a three-and-a-half-month theatrical window (it opened in theaters on Dec. 19, 2025 and arrived on PVOD on March 31).

The common denominator with the third Avatar film and Eilish’s concert movie is that they were both filmed in 3D for an immersive theatrical experience, so it makes sense that Cameron would want to give the singer’s fans an ample opportunity to see it in the way it was intended.

At the same time, the demand for tickets to see Eilish’s film in 3D isn’t near the amount as the latest Avatar movie, so a 45-day theatrical-to-PVOD window seems more likely, even if viewers don’t have 3D viewing capabilities at home.

Which Streaming Platform Will Get ‘Billie Eilish – Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour (Live in 3D)’ first?

Since Billie Eilish – Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour (Live in 3D) is a Paramount Pictures release, the film’s Pay-1 streaming video on demand window will be with Paramount+.

Generally, there is about a one-month window between the time Paramount films debut on PVOD and arrive on SVOD on Paramount+. For example, the romantic drama Regretting You debuted on PVOD on Nov. 25, 2025, and arrived on Paramount+ just under a month later on Dec. 23, 2025.

Also, the new adaptation of Stephen King’s The Running Man, starring Glen Powell, made its PVOD debut on Dec. 16 and arrived on Paramount a few days shy of a month later, on Jan. 13.

Should Billie Eilish’s new concert movie follow the same release pattern, it will likely arrive on Paramount+ on July 21, since new films typically premiere on the streaming platform on Tuesdays.

Billie Eilish – Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour (Live in 3D) is new in theaters nationwide.
