One of New York’s hottest reservations isn’t at a restaurant — it’s at a health clinic.

Supermodel Karlie Kloss, Mets owner Steve Cohen and Knicks and Rangers boss James Dolan are among the boldface names who have already snagged appointments at Neko Health, the $499 body-scanning startup co-founded by Spotify billionaire Daniel Ek.

The Swedish company’s first US clinic in SoHo now has a waitlist of more than 50,000 people — a jump of over 25,000 since it opened Sept. 24, The Post has learned.

Karlie Kloss attends The 2021 Met Gala Celebrating In America: A Lexicon Of Fashion at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City on Monday, Sept. 13, 2021.

The staggering demand has prompted plans for a second Big Apple location at Brookfield Place in Battery Park, Brooklyn, slated to open in January 2027.

“We now have more than 50,000 people on our New York City waitlist, just weeks after opening our first US clinic,” Neko co-founder and CEO Hjalmar Nilsonne told The Post.

Paris Hilton attends the BoF500 Gala during Paris Fashion Week at Shangri-La Hotel Paris on Saturday, October 3, 2026, in Paris, France.

“That’s an extraordinary response, and it tells us people want a better way to understand and manage their health.”

The startup has attracted a who’s who of celebrities, athletes and business moguls who have already undergone the scans.

New York Mets owner Steve Cohen arrives at “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” on Friday, Oct. 2, 2026, in New York.

Gucci Westman, Scott Sartiano, Ryan Serhant, Thierry Henry, Henrik Lundqvist, restaurateur Danny Meyer, Paris Hilton and Hannah Bronfman are among those who have visited the Manhattan clinic.

Neko, founded by Ek and Nilsonne in 2018, offers a non-invasive, radiation-free health assessment that collects data on cardiovascular, metabolic and other bodily functions.

The hourlong visit includes a review of the results with a physician — part of the company’s effort to make preventive healthcare more accessible without the hefty price tag of traditional executive health screenings.

Neko Health’s first US clinic opened in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood on Sept. 24, offering hourlong preventive health scans for $499.

Its first US location, an 11,000-square-foot facility at 300 Lafayette St., spans two floors and houses seven scan rooms.

The company already operates clinics in Sweden and the UK, where it has built a growing business around its proprietary technology and an emphasis on detecting potential health problems before symptoms appear.

Neko’s rapid expansion follows a $700 million funding round in July that reportedly valued the privately held company at nearly $7 billion.

The Swedish health-tech startup co-founded by Spotify billionaire Daniel Ek charges $499 for its body scans at 300 Lafayette St. in SoHo.

The startup has attracted a high-profile roster of investors, including Mark Zuckerberg, Ari Emanuel, Maria Sharapova, Alexis Ohanian and Jimmy Iovine.

The new Brookfield Place facility will have greater capacity than its SoHo counterpart as Neko moves to accommodate the swelling ranks of New Yorkers seeking appointments.

“Brookfield Place is our second New York clinic, with even more capacity than the first,” Nilsonne said.

“Our goal is prevention for all, and we’re moving fast to make that real.”
