When BTS finally returned after a years-long hiatus this spring with the album Arirang, fans around the world voraciously consumed the 14 tracks featured on its standard edition. Arirang became an immediate No. 1 on charts everywhere, and every single tune featured on the project launched on tallies globally. In the months since it dropped, both the full-length and its lead single “Swim” have been performing well, and they may hang around on the charts for months to come.

Recently, BTS made the song “Come Over” widely available for the first time. The track was initially only shared on the vinyl deluxe edition of Arirang, and that one special cut helped turn the project into a bestseller on wax. BTS fans, known as ARMY, were quick to support “Come Over” as a song, and this week, it helps the K-pop group advance on an important historic ranking, breaking a match with one superstar and tying another.

BTS Rules the Downloads Chart With “Come Over”

“Come Over” debuts atop this week’s Digital Song Sales chart. BTS has now scored 14 rulers on the Billboard tally. Each week, the list details the bestselling tunes of any style and any language on platforms like iTunes, which are still very important to the music industry, even though streaming has taken over as the main consumption vehicle.

Here are all of BTS’s No. 1s on the Digital Song Sales chart. Abracadabra.

  • “Bad Decisions” with Benny Blanco and Snoop Dogg
  • “Butter”
  • “Come Over”
  • “Dynamite”
  • “Fake Love”
  • “Film Out”
  • “Idol” with Nicki Minaj
  • “Life Goes On”
  • “My Universe” with Coldplay
  • “ON”
  • “Permission to Dance”
  • “Swim”
  • “Take Two”
  • “Yet to Come”

BTS Ties Rihanna’s No. 1s Record

BTS now claims 14 champions on the Digital Song Sales chart, which is enough to tie the outfit with Rihanna for the third-most leaders of all time. Before “Come Over” topped the tally, BTS was on the same level as Justin Bieber. The two matched earlier this year when “Swim,” the lead smash from Arirang, easily opened in the highest rung. Before that, BTS was on the same level as Beyoncé, Eminem and Bruno Mars, but 2026 has been a busy year for the Grammy-nominated troupe.

Taylor Swift Remains Far Ahead of Every Other Artist

Looking at all artists who have reached the throne on the Digital Song Sales chart most often, Taylor Swift is in such a distant first place that she may never be matched. Only a few weeks ago, she scored her thirty-second ruler with “I Knew It, I Knew You.” The Toy Story 5 single also entered several other rosters in first place at the same time, including the Billboard Hot 100.

Nicki Minaj sits in second place with 17 No. 1s – a little more than half as many as Swift. Drake lands just one winner above both Rihanna and BTS with a milestone 15 champions.

“Come Over” Debuts on Five Billboard Charts

This frame, “Come Over” debuts on five charts published by Billboard. The newly-shared offering opens at the summit of both the Digital Song Sales and World Digital Song Sales tallies. BTS furthers its lead over all other artists on the latter rundown with 44 rulers.

“Come Over” also manages a top 10 start on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S., where it’s new at No. 5. The song doesn’t perform quite as well on that ranking’s companion tally, the Billboard Global 200, where it enters at No. 14.

“Come Over” earns its lowest opening position on the Billboard Hot 100, the most important songs chart in America. On that rundown, the latest by BTS kicks off its time at No. 69.
