Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

This professional credential is issued by the CFA Institute, and displays one’s expertise in investment management, investment analysis and portfolio management. Candidates must pass three levels of study and exams: Level one focuses on investment tools, level two targets asset evaluation and level three is aimed at portfolio management. In the self-study program, participants will learn about ethical standards, quantitative methods, economics, financial reporting and analysis, corporate finance, equity investments, fixed-income investments, derivatives, alternative investments, and portfolio management and wealth planning. CFA candidates must have a bachelor’s degree, be a regular member of the CFA Institute and have at least four years of professional investment decision-making experience.
