Some collectible statues are on the way for the new Netflix version of Frankenstein, but there’s no word on action figures yet.

Frankenstein director Guillermo del Toro, of course, has long been a collector himself and in the past has stored various artifacts — including props from his movies, statues and action figures, among many other items — in his Bleak House, a private residence that the filmmaker owns in Los Angeles.

However, since Bleak House was in danger of getting destroyed in the wildfires that swept through Southern California in January, del Toro made the crucial decision of putting most of the items from his monster memorabilia mancave on the auction block. The first of three Heritage Auctions’ The Guillermo del Toro Collection: Bleak House events was held on Sept. 26, with the other two auctions set for 2026.

While del Toro is selling much of his collection, it’s not stopping the filmmaker from creating collectibles based on Frankenstein. Given del Toro’s penchant for collecting, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that collectibles company Mezco produced action figures for the filmmaker’s two Hellboy movies, while NECA created figures for the director’s films Pacific Rim, The Devil’s Backbone, Pan’s Labyrinth and The Shape of Water. NECA even created an action figure of del Toro, which was offered exclusively at the 2018 San Diego Comic-Con.

While no toymakers have yet announced plans for action figures from del Toro’s new version of Frankenstein, two collectible makers — Iron Studios and Insight Editions — have produced high-end products based on the film.

Iron Studios is producing a 1/10th scale statue of Jacob Elordi as The Creature from Frankenstein, which equates to about 7 to 8 inches in height. The statue, which features The Creature on a base that mimics Dr. Victor Frankenstein’s decimated laboratory, is made of polystone, potential resin and metal parts.

There are two limited edition pieces available of the Frankenstein statue, Iron Studios noted on its website. The basic version of the limited statue costs $249.99, while a deluxe version, which is signed by del Toro, costs $499.

Iron Studios noted that the version with del Toro’s signature is limited to 100 pieces worldwide. Both versions of The Creature statue, which are available through Iron Studios as well as online retailers — are expected to ship as early as July 2026.

A Statue Replica Of The Dark Angel From ‘Frankenstein’ Is Available With A Deluxe Set Of Books And Prints

The statue of the Dark Angel that haunts Oscar Isaac’s Dr. Victor Frankenstein throughout Guillermo del Toro’s Frankenstein has been produced as a collectible, 1:5 scale statue for a limited-edition release from book and collectibles company Insight Editions. A 1:5 scale item equates to about 14 to 18 inches in height.

Formally known as Frankenstein: Artifact Edition [Limited Edition], the description of the release notes that it is “packaged in a bespoke clamshell box, embossed and featuring a sculpted Medusa-head emblem created by the film’s prop designer. The book, bound in Svepa leatherette, is accompanied by an exclusive prop-replica portfolio reproducing 21 sketches featured in the film, and a custom art print, produced solely for Insight Editions by the film’s concept artist, Mike Hill.

“Also included are a facsimile reproduction of Victor Frankenstein’s notebook, and a one-fifth-scale-replica statue of the Dark Angel, specially created for this edition under the personal direction of del Toro himself.”

According to Insight Editions, each of the Frankenstein: Artifact Edition [Limited Edition] — which is limited to 750 numbered copies worldwide — is signed by del Toro. The Frankenstein: Artifact Edition [Limited Edition] is only available on the Insight Editions website and retails for $750.

While del Toro will continue to auction off his personal collection of memorabilia in 2026, he is poised to add more statuettes to his personal collection. In addition to being named one of 2025’s 10 best films by the American Film Institute and the National Board of Review, Frankenstein has been nominated for 11 Critics’ Choice Awards and five Golden Globes — including Best Picture.

The filmmaker was nominated for Best Director and Best Adapted Screenplay by the CCAs, as well as Best Director and Best Screenplay (either original or adapted) by the Golden Globes.

For fans who are hoping to land something out of del Toro’s Bleak House collection, the second Heritage auction of the filmmaker’s artifacts is set to take place sometime in the spring of 2026, with the third set for the winter of 2026.

The biggest item auctioned in September from the filmmaker’s first Bleak House collection was an original painting by Alien creator H.R. Geiger, which went for $325,000. In addition, Bernie Wrightson’s original artwork for the 1983 edition of Shelley’s Frankenstein – which inspired the design of The Creature in del Toro’s movie adaptation — fetched $250,000, The Associated Press reported.
