The 2026 NFL Draft featured plenty of playmakers that will be key contributors during their rookie seasons. But which of these players will be up for AP NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year at the end of the season?

When looking at betting odds from FanDuel Sportsbook, it appears there are two frontrunners. Here’s a look at the five players who have the highest odds of winning.

Betting Odds For 2026 AP NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year

Las Vegas Raiders QB Fernando Mendoza (+320)

Mendoza did it all for the Indiana Hoosiers last season, winning the Heisman Trophy and leading IU to its first national championship in program history. Mendoza threw for 3,535 yards with 41 passing touchdowns and just six interceptions with a 72% completion rate.

While Mendoza is the current betting favorite to win rookie of the year, there’s a chance he isn’t starting for the Raiders to begin the season. Las Vegas signed Kirk Cousinsc, who had a 5-3 starting record with the Atlanta Falcons.

Arizona Cardinals RB Jeremiyah Love (+410)

It’s a new era in Arizona under first-year head coach Mike LaFleur and the 2026 season will be greatly defined by how well Love, the No. 3 overall selection in the draft, performs. Love is considered to be a generational talent at the running back position. The Notre Dame standout is a ferocious back that also has top-tier speed which showed at the combine with a 4.36 40-yard dash. Love rushed for 1,372 yards last season with 18 touchdowns along with 27 receptions for 280 yards and three scores.

Tennessee Titans WR Carnell Tate (+700)

Tate, who was selected No. 4 overall, will have no trouble seeing his fair share of targets as a rookie. While the Titans have Calvin Ridley and signed slot receiver Wan’Dale Robinson, Tate could quickly become quarterback Cam Ward’s top option in the passing game.

Tate didn’t drop a pass last season at Ohio State and excelled at hauling in 50-50 balls. Tate hauled in 12 of 14 contested targets in 2025. Offensive coordinator Brian Daboll will make this a pass-heavy scheme and the 6-foot-2 Tate will be a major beneficiary and receive many deep ball opportunities. Tate ranked No. 2 in the nation last season with nine catches of 40 or more yards.

New Orleans Saints WR Jordyn Tyson (+750)

The Saints did right by quarterback Tyler Shough by selecting Tyson with the No. 8 overall pick. Tyson was a smooth route runner at Arizona State and has enough speed to get open vertically. The 6-foot-2 wideout had 61 receptions for 711 yards and eight touchdowns in 2025, missing the final three games with a hamstring injury. Tyson’s production will hinge on staying healthy, something he was never able to do for a full season in four collegiate seasons.

Seattle Seahawks RB Jadarian Price (+850)

Price was the backup to Jeremiyah Love at Notre Dame but was still selected by the Seahawks in the first round with the No. 32 overall pick. Price will be part of a backfield that includes Zach Charbonnet, who’s currently recovering from a torn ACL. The 5-foot-11 and 203-pound running back had 280 carries in his college career for 1,692 yards with 21 rushing touchdowns.
