It’s finally here. The long-awaited third album from Olivia Rodrigo has been released today, June 12, 2026. It’s you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love (complete with lower case), and its 13 tracks coming in at just under an hour. But that’s not the only thing happening today in Olivia land.
Coinciding with the release of the album, it appears Olivia Rodrigo is about to arrive in Fortnite as well. She’s already had some Jam Tracks put into the game, including Vampire, but an upcoming map change, the tree from her promo art, is said to be a hint about her arrival.
Her skin hasn’t leaked yet, and we don’t know what else will be coming alongside it, other than edit styles, cosmetics, emotes, and more. The next Fortnite Festival does not start until the end of July, so some are wondering if she could actually do a rare, in-game concert, as we’ve seen from other artists at times. Previous leaks said concerts would return to the game in season 7, and now we’re in season 7.
Olivia Rodrigo would join a growing list of musical artists adding to Fortnite, a list that’s getting very long, and very high-profile indeed:
- Marshmello
- Major Lazer
- Travis Scott
- Astro Jack
- J Balvin
- Bruno Mars
- Anderson .Paak
- Eminem
- Ice Spice
- Juice WRLD
- Hatsune Miku
- The Kid LAROI
- Metallica
- The Weeknd
- Lady Gaga
- Billie Eilish
- Karol G
- Mariah Carey
- Sabrina Carpenter
- Bruno Mars
- Gorillaz
- Lisa
- Chappell Roan
- Laufey

As of late, there has been a focus on young, female pop stars, including Billie Eilish, Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Roan and Laufey, who make up five of the last nine artists added. Olivia Rodrigo would make six. Common fan requests now include Zara Larsson, Addison Rae and especially Madison Beer, who has said repeatedly in interviews that she wants her own Fortnite skin, as she actively plays the game. Previously, Chappell Roan also said she wanted a skin, and that did happen eventually, so Beer could be in luck in the future. As ever, the white whale of this group is likely Taylor Swift, the highest-profile artist in this genre who has not yet shown up. I haven’t heard her talking about a desire to be in the game, which I suppose is unsurprising.
We don’t have an exact day or time when Olivia Rodrigo is coming to Fortnite, and her additions have not been datamined yet. Given the album release today, it stands to reason that may happen this weekend or next week at the latest. Stay tuned.
