Veterans, they get the job done.

Real estate behemoth Cushman & Wakefield revealed on Veterans Day it would hire 600 more former armed forces members and reservists next year – as a top executive for the company stressed that veterans boost business

“These folks are good at what they do and they will transform the culture of your firm and ultimately improve your bottom line,” the firm’s chairman of global brokerage Bruce Mosler told The Post.

“The message for us is we’re hiring veterans not for charitable purposes, we’re hiring veterans because they improve the bottom line of your company, make your culture stronger and at the end of the day can be leaders in an organization.”

Bruce Mosler said vets are invaluable employees for Cushman & Wakefield.

Mosler, who chairs the veterans initiative program at Cushman & Wakefield, said the firm already employs more than 1,450 vets across the nation.

The company, which focuses on full-service global commercial real estate, has hired vets in property management, facilities, construction and operations.

The firm also announced Tuesday it ranked sixth among Top Ten Military Friendly Employers this year, marking the fourth year in a row the firm made the list.

Mosler, also who serves as co-chair of the Intrepid Museum, said the initiative started about a dozen years ago with other companies on a mission to hire more veterans before the businesses had created their own independent programs.

Cushman & Wakefield serves as a mentor to other companies, explaining how to best pinpoint veterans’ impressive skill sets and match them with the right jobs.

The announcement was made on Veterans Day.

The skills vets accrue while serving the country translate easily to jobs once they begin civilian life, Mosler said.

He said servicemen and servicewomen have experience and traits many college graduates don’t have out of school, and vowed the hiring spree will keep churning.

“Veterans have skills that are transferable, they just have to be shown the way, and that’s why we have veterans working in our program to help mentor them into the best role possible,” he said.
