ESPN’s Joe Tessitore revealed the split on Monday, ending weeks of speculation about how the 12 matches would divide.

Aldis makes his in-ring WWE debut on Saturday after eight years in TNA and six in NWA, having joined the company in 2023 as SmackDown general manager.

- World Heavyweight Championship: Roman Reigns (c) vs. Seth Rollins
- Interim WWE Women’s Championship ladder match: Charlotte Flair vs. Jade Cargill vs. Tiffany Stratton vs. Chelsea Green vs. a mystery opponent

The interim title exists because of Rhea Ripley’s injury. The fifth ladder-match entrant has not been named.
What Time Does SummerSlam Start And How Can You Watch?
Both nights begin at 6 p.m. ET from U.S. Bank Stadium. In the United States the event streams on the ESPN App for ESPN Unlimited subscribers, with Netflix carrying it internationally in select markets.
YouTube TV subscribers got a break this week. The service began rolling out ESPN Unlimited authentication days before the show — open the YouTube TV app, tap your profile, go to Settings, then Sports, and toggle on Connect ESPN. That links your account and surfaces ESPN Unlimited inside the ESPN app at no extra cost. The rollout is staged, so not every subscriber will see it immediately.
What Should You Watch For?
Brock Lesnar vs. Oba Femi isn’t a title match, but it somehow feels like the third main event behind CM Punk vs. Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns vs. Seth Rollins. Something pivotal is seemingly going to take place as Femi seems poised to skyrocket into the title picture.
This is Earth, so it is only a matter of time before fans start crying about being tired of Femi — the same way they’re weary of Rhodes. For now, everyone is strutting and Femi has been as good as advertised — maybe even better. SummerSlam often gives us a huge moment. A heel or face turn; a new arrival or return. Something big usually happens. If I were in charge, Rhodes turns heel and Zilla Fatu makes his long-awaited WWE debut. I hope there are like-minded folks in WWE’s creative department.
