Less than a decade ago, no album in American history had seen 10 songs featured on its track list rise into the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100, which ranks the most popular tunes in the nation. For many years, the fact that Bruce Springsteen’s Born in the U.S.A. had become the first full-length to push seven songs into the most competitive space back in the ’80s held as a record, but in today’s streaming-focused music industry, things have changed.

As of this week, there are now four albums that have landed at least 10 top 10s on the Billboard Hot 100. Drake joins the other most successful artist on the planet right now in the incredible and historic feat, though he manages to do so in a slightly different fashion.

Drake Nearly Owns the Entire Top 10

Drake’s Iceman, one of three new albums he dropped a little over a week ago, debuts atop the Billboard 200. The other pair of full-lengths that he unleashed at the same time, Habibti and Maid of Honour, launch at Nos. 2 and 3, respectively. Drake also conquers the Billboard Hot 100 and narrowly misses out on occupying the entirety of the top 10 on that list. He fills nine spaces, as only Ella Langley’s “Choosin’ Texas,” which dips from No. 1 to No. 5, blocks him from controlling the full tier.

Here are all of Drake’s top 10 hits on this week’s Billboard Hot 100.

  • No. 1 – “Janice STFU”
  • No. 2 – “Ran to Atlanta” with Future and Molly Santana
  • No. 3 – “Whisper My Name”
  • No. 4 – “Shabang”
  • No. 6 – “National Treasures”
  • No. 7 – “Make Them Cry”
  • No. 8 – “Dust”
  • No. 9 – “2 Hard 4 the Radio”
  • No. 10 – “Make Them Pay”

Drake’s Iceman Joins an Exclusive Club

While nine songs from the recently released Iceman debut within the top 10, the album has already produced a smash that’s reached that space. Last summer, Drake dropped the single “What Did I Miss?,” which for nearly a year remained essentially unattached to any larger effort. That cut narrowly missed out on earning him another leader as it peaked at No. 2. The previous success of “What Did I Miss?” ensures that Iceman becomes only the fourth album to rack up 10 top 10s in the more than half-century-long tenure of the Billboard Hot 100.

Drake Matches Taylor Swift’s Chart Record

Drake joins Taylor Swift in this feat, and she has accomplished the amazing showing on three occasions. Unlike Drake, however, she did not score her 10 top 10s across different periods.

When the singer-songwriter’s last three albums of original material – Midnights, The Tortured Poets Department and The Life of a Showgirl – launched atop the Billboard 200, tracks from those releases pushed every other single out of the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100. Swift became the first artist to completely dominate the region back in 2022 thanks to the immediate success of Midnights. Then she repeated the performance in 2024 and 2025.

Drake Makes History in Several Fashions

Drake is enjoying what may be the biggest week of his career on the Billboard Hot 100, and that’s saying a lot for the most successful artist of all time on the tally. 42 songs from his three albums appear on the list, with all but two of them – “What Did I Miss?” and “Which One,” a collaboration with Central Cee – debuting.

The Canadian hip-hop talent becomes the first artist to occupy 40 or more slots on the ranking at the same time, outpacing Morgan Wallen’s previously set record of 37 simultaneous smashes.

Drake collects his fourteenth No. 1 with “Janice STFU,” breaking his match with Michael Jackson and tying Swift in another fashion. He also furthers his lead as the artist with the most appearances on the roster and becomes the first to accrue 400 charting tracks.
