JPMorgan Chase exec accused by ex-banker of forcing him to become her ‘sex slave’ renews countersuit against him

The JPMorgan Chase executive accused by a former banker of forcing him to become her “sex slave” has renewed her countersuit against him, claiming he fabricated the lurid allegations to extract millions of dollars from her and the banking giant.

Lorna Hajdini, an executive director at JPMorgan, said in a Monday night Manhattan federal court filing that Chirayu Rana waged a “deliberate and sustained scheme” to portray her as a racist sexual predator and criminal.

Rana has accused Hajdini of coercing him into sex and demanding his submissiveness to advance his career.

Lorna Hajdini said in a filing that Chirayu Rana waged a “deliberate and sustained scheme” to portray her as a racist sexual predator and criminal.

His allegations have included claims that she sexually assaulted him, forcibly performed oral sex, grabbed his genitals and threatened to “ruin” him if he rejected her advances.

“Plaintiff’s accusations are false,” Hajdini said in the filing, which seeks unspecified damages for defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress and other claims.

She said Rana’s accusations caused severe anxiety, panic and fear and led her to withdraw from personal relationships.

Rana’s lawyer, Jon Norinsberg, said his client “categorically” rejects Hajdini’s allegations and intends to vigorously defend against the counterclaims.

JPMorgan separately denied Rana’s most explosive claims Monday night.

“Mr. Rana unequivocally stands by his allegations,” Norinsberg told The Post on Tuesday.

Alleged JPMorgan sex slave Chirayu Rana filed a lawsuit against his former employer.

“Ms. Hajdini’s counterclaims are baseless, retaliatory and a transparent attempt to intimidate Mr. Rana for exposing serious misconduct at JPMorgan.”

Norinsberg add that “[w]e emphatically reject her assertion that he fabricated his allegations to extract money.”

“We intend to vigorously defend against these counterclaims and hold Ms. Hajdini accountable for her misconduct.”

In her state-court counterclaims filed in July, Hajdini alleged Rana previously made similar claims involving a male supervisor at Morgan Stanley, including that he had been harassed, forced to take drugs and raped.

She also alleged Rana lied to JPMorgan that his father had died when his father was actually alive.

Hajdini claims those episodes are evidence of a broader scheme by Rana to make false accusations for personal gain.

Norinsberg blasted the allegations as an attempted smear.

“Her effort to dredge up unrelated allegations concerning Morgan Stanley and Mr. Rana’s father is an obvious attempt to smear his character, distract from the serious misconduct alleged in his complaint and avoid accountability,” Norinsberg told The Post.

“We categorically reject these allegations and will address them in court.”

A JPMorgan spokesperson declined to comment further on the latest filing, saying, “We’ll let the filings speak for themselves.”

The bank also pointed to an earlier statement backing Hajdini.

“We fully support Lorna and her right to defend herself and protect her reputation,” the spokesperson said.

“As we’ve said from the outset, we don’t believe the allegations against her or the firm have merit.”

A person familiar with the matter told The Post that Hajdini remains employed at JPMorgan and is considered a valued employee.
