It’s last call at a wildly popular LA nightclub.

One of the long-running West Hollywood bars and nightclubs, The Belmont, is saying sayonara after 26 long years of slinging drinks. Known for its Sunday karaoke nights, generous pours and an eclectic mix of music, the fan favorite spot will shut its doors for good by the end of August.

Right on the famous La Cienega Blvd., night owls would start or end the night at the beloved spot. Yesterday, owner Dylan Leong invited Angelenos to its last hurrah to celebrate club’s final hours.

“Dear Family, after 26 years in business The Belmont will be closing its doors at the end of August. But we will not go quietly into the night!” Leong said on Instagram. “So come join us for one last hurrah, one more trip down memory lane, a sloppy shotski, and one final night of bad decisions. Meet me at The Belmont one last time.”

Dylan Leon announced that The Belmont will be closing its doors at the end of August.

The Belmont is a restaurant and bar at 747 N. La Cienega Blvd., right by the Los Angeles-West Hollywood border. Leong did not reveal the exact date the famed-place will permanently shut its doors, but the nightclub owner said it would be by the end of the month.

To grab a cocktail one last time, Leong said his bar will be open Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. Friday will open later at 12 p.m. where folks can party until 2 a.m. And as always, the nightclub will be closed on Mondays.

The longtime favorite did not give a reason for the closure but fans across the state are “sick” and flooded to the post sharing stories of their time during its 26-year-long chapter, and claiming La Cienega will never be the same.

“Noooooo!!! I have so many fuzzy memories from this place. I watched the Kings win the Stanley Cup here. I watched USA beat Russia at like 4am here in the 2014 Olympics. I sang Snoop Dogg with confidence at Karaoke Night. I had birthday parties here,” one user wrote.

The Belmont is located on La Cienega Blvd. and been open for 26 years
The bar will be open until the end of August where for its last hurrah.

Another somberly wrote, “The root of so many good things. Of friendship. Of surprises. Of fantastic crab legs. Of special requests and harboring the true feeling of a neighborhood bar. I’m so incredibly proud of what this place stood for, a place to genuinely have fun.”

“25 years of the craziest and best memories, countless birthdays, so many things the Belmont had given me alone! Spent my 20s, 30s and 40s at this GEM! End of an ERA,” a third wrote.
