Mighty law firm Proskauer, an anchor tenant of SJP’s 11 Times Square since 2010, just added two more floors.

Law firm Proskauer will occupy 478,000 square feet of the tower at the corner of Eighth Avenue and West 42nd Street.

The deal, which included a renewal, raises the firm’s presence to 478,000 square feet in the 1.1 million square-foot tower at the bustling corner of Eighth Avenue and West 42nd Street.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Mark S. Weiss, Jon Herman and Mike Middleton repped Proskauer. CBRE’s Paul Amrich repped landlord SJP.

The tower is roughly 93% leased to tenants that also include Microsoft, Ducera and Moore Capital.
