Anchorage Capital Advisors is the latest tenant to sign on at 125 W. 57th St., the 265,000 square-foot boutique office tower on Billionaires’ Row developed by global investment management firm Cain and Alchemy-ABR Investment Partners.

The deal for two full floors brings the project to nearly 75% leased less than three years since construction began. Other office tenants include Eldridge Industries, Jadian Capital, Kingdon Capital Management and AdalptHealth.

The tower is nearly 75% leased less than three years since construction began.

Also, Ten Five Hospitality signed a lease for a ground-floor restaurant. Ten Five is known for thriving Mother Wolf eateries in Miami, Las Vegas and Los Angeles but a different concept is promised on West 57th Street.

The tower also provides a new home for Calvary Baptist Church, which previously had its house of worship there before it was demolished for the redevelopment.

Anchorage was repped by Cushman & Wakefield’s Tim Hay, Brian Hay and Ethan Silverstein. JLL’s Mitch Konsker, Kristen Morgan, Christine Colley, Kate Roush and Dan Turkewitz repped the landlord.
